Carly-Ann Fergus serves as the Program Director of XRC Labs. Her work experience spans from a range of established companies such as Tommy Hilfiger and Ford Models to startup brands such as Nahm. She has experience in high-end retail and has spearheaded the launch of an emerging New York-based women’s wear brand while serving as the director of operations for 2 years.
Carly-Ann holds a BA in Visual Communications from SUNY Farmingdale, and recently obtained her MA in Fashion Studies, with a focus on Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. Her research chronicles the rise of New York City as a leading global fashion capital while analyzing the different institutions that maintain it, and the issues that stem from the lack of access to resources for the city’s rising community of emerging talent. She is the Co- founder of the Fashion & Diversity series at the New School, a member of the Fashion Group International and a founding executive board member of the Parsons Luxury Society.
