Nikki Lawrence (CEO)
A proven leader in launching and building retail eCommerce businesses, as part of the 6-member launch team for Soap.com, Nikki grew Quidsi’s health and beauty vertical to a $60m business in year-one, culminating in its acquisition by Amazon. She oversaw approximately 50% of the P&L post-acquisition, and next went on to lead new business launches at Gilt Groupe. A lover of all things exceptionally designed, crafted and preserved, she saw the founding of Gleem as something of a personal duty to fellow denizens of style. When not sifting through baubles for Gleem, Nikki can be found sifting through still more buried treasures at NYC’s flea markets and trade shows. Nikki began her career in VC in France and India. She is a graduate of Brown University and Harvard Business School. She is also fluent, albeit rusty, in French.
Casey Sullivan (Director of Marketing)
Marketing savant with background in discount luxury strategy and finance. Casey started her career in finance with BNP Paribas (Fortis Investments) where she built her foundation in analytics, forecasting and fund management. She then joined LVMH’s DFS Group, where she led market development and corporate strategy.
