Tracy is currently Executive Brand Marketing + Merchandising Consultant for British Royal India Hicks, Inc. building co-branded lifestyle capsule collections with 20+ partners, along with A Ruby Apparel with a Club Monaco Founder offering chic women’s basics/performance apparel on biz planning/investor pitches + digital marketing. Most recently having served as Vice President, Brand Marketing for Talbots developing innovative brand marketing strategies and campaigns. Playing an instrumental role in delivering a +8% comp increase and +30% increase in EBITDA in 2015.
